You will partner with academic leaders, faculty, administrators, and internal stakeholders to support successful implementation, workflow integration, training, and ongoing optimization of MCG solutions across programs, departments, campuses, and affiliated institutions. Working independently, the Senior Account Executive applies consultative expertise to develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities to expand solution adoption, proactively mitigate retention risks, and deliver measurable customer value. This role also serves as a mentor to less experienced account team members and leverages approved AI-enabled tools to improve customer engagement, account planning, and operational effectiveness.
