COMPLIANCE & TRAINING SUPERVISOR (FINANCIAL ADVISER SUPERVISION)

Benchmark is seeking an experienced Compliance & Training Supervisor to join our Risk & Compliance team. This is a supervisory role responsible for supporting, coaching and overseeing Financial Advisers across our growing network. You will provide compliance oversight, conduct reviews, deliver training, support adviser competence, and help maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and client outcomes. This role would suit an experienced Compliance Supervisor, Training & Competence Supervisor, File Reviewer, Compliance Manager or Financial Adviser with strong regulatory knowledge and a passion for developing others. Working remotely, you will manage a portfolio of advisers and appointed representative firms across the UK, providing both virtual and on-site support where required.
