The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server administration, system security, virtualization, patch management, and scripting. You’ll be a key player in ensuring system uptime, supporting deployments, and troubleshooting issues across mixed OS infrastructures.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows servers and services.</li><li>Perform regular system updates, patching, and backups.</li><li>Implement and manage system security configurations and access controls.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across OS platforms.</li><li>Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.</li><li>Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure).</li><li>Automate routine tasks using scripts (Bash, PowerShell, etc.).</li><li>Assist in system performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, and system audits.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support application deployments and infrastructure projects.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>3&#43; years of hands-on experience administering both Linux and Windows systems.</li><li>Proficiency in system tools, command-line utilities, and scripting languages.</li><li>Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.</li><li>Familiarity with Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and system security practices.</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Linux&#43;).</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies</li><li>Flexible work arrangements</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team culture</li><li>Ongoing learning and development opportunities</li></ul>
