DUTCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE IN PORTUGAL)

We are currently recruiting a customer-focused Dutch Support Representative to handle end-user support for a top-tier German automotive manufacturer. You will act as a key liaison for Dutch-speaking car owners, prospective buyers, and authorized service centers. Your daily focus will involve resolving inquiries regarding vehicle features, mobile app integrations, warranty details, and scheduled servicing, providing a smooth and elevated brand experience throughout. Note: While fully remote, this position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Portugal with full employment rights. Core Responsibilities • Multi-Channel Engagement: Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats from Dutch clients with speed, clarity, and professionalism. • Technical & General Guidance: Walk users through connected car mobile applications, digital services, and product inquiries. • Documentation: Record accurate notes and tracking history within our client management database for every interaction. • Department Coordination: Work alongside dealership networks and technical departments to ensure quick issue resolution. • Service Standards: Uphold the high-quality reputation of a globally recognized vehicle manufacturer. Candidate Checklist Essential Requirements • Language Capabilities: Advanced/Native command of Dutch (C1/C2) and upper-intermediate English (B2). • Legal Documentation: Living in Portugal with valid work authorization, NIF, and NISS. • Home Office: High-speed internet connection in your home workspace. Key Competencies • Experience in contact center operations, helpdesk support, or client relations (luxury goods or automotive background is a plus). • Great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with customers. • Comfort working across multiple software tools and database interfaces. • Methodical approach to problem-solving and good time management.
