DUTCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE IN PORTUGAL)

We are seeking an engaging, service-minded Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-leading German luxury car brand. In this role, you will serve as the dedicated voice for Dutch-speaking vehicle owners, drivers, and partner centers. You will address inquiries concerning vehicle functionalities, digital connected services, warranty coverage, and routine upkeep—ensuring every interaction reflects elite service standards. Important: This role is strictly remote within Portugal. Applicants must already reside in the country with full work authorization. Main Responsibilities • Client Interaction: Address incoming phone calls, emails, and live messaging from Dutch customers, delivering prompt and customized solutions. • Problem-Solving & Tech Support: Assist vehicle owners with mobile application features, digital dashboard tools, and general technical questions. • Data Management: Log all client contacts and updates thoroughly inside our customer relationship software. • Internal Collaboration: Partner with local service centers and technical back-office teams to settle complex customer cases. • Brand Quality: Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy that aligns with an iconic, top-tier automotive name. Candidate Profile Mandatory Criteria • Language Proficiency: C1/C2 level command of Dutch (oral and written) plus B2 level English . • Legal Status: Current residence in Portugal with registered local tax/social security credentials (NIF/NISS) and valid work rights. • Home Setup: Access to a fast, stable internet connection. Ideal Attributes • Practical background in customer assistance, helpdesk operations, or client hospitality (automotive or premium product experience is a plus). • Outstanding active listening abilities paired with an empathetic, client-focused mindset. • Ability to comfortably navigate concurrent digital systems and software. • Structured, detail-oriented approach to task handling.
