Job Description Network Operations Coordinator Location: Cali, Colombia Work Modality: 100% On-site Position Summary The Network Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing Level 3 technical support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi networks, ensuring network stability, performance, and service continuity through effective troubleshooting and optimization. Key Responsibilities • Provide Level 3 support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi services. • Resolve escalated incidents from the Service Desk. • Configure and maintain switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure. • Support IGMP, multicast, and VLAN configurations. • Perform root cause analysis and implement network performance improvements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. • 4–6+ years of experience in Network Operations. • Hands-on experience with GPON networks and Managed WiFi environments. • Strong Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of switching, routing, wireless technologies, IGMP, multicast, and VLANs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
