This position may necessitate travel between multiple accounts or full-time dedication to a single account. <b>Work hours are split between home and client sites.</b><br /><br /><br /><u><b>Customer Relationship Management</b></u></p><ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with physicians and clinical staff</li><li>Proactively solve problems and present solutions to customers</li></ul><div><br /><u><b>Daily Tasks</b></u></div><ul><li>Help clinical staff schedule blood draws and coordinate mobile phlebotomy appointments</li><li>Help clinical staff with Tempus ordering and requisition forms</li><li>Assist patients with the Tempus Financial Assistance Program application</li><li>Collaborate with on-site clinical staff to resolve customer service requests</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries</li><li>Monitor sample shipments between Tempus, client pathology, and partner facilitie</li></ul><div><br /><u><b>Weekly Tasks</b></u></div><ul><li>Manage kit stock and literature replenishment at accounts</li><li>Communicate frequently with sales and other external teams</li><li>Monitor account performance</li></ul><div><br /><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></div><ul><li>BS/BA degree required</li><li>Experience with Epic systems preferred</li><li>This role ensures that Tempus delivers excellent customer service and support to clinical partners, improving the overall customer experience and operational efficiency</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">We are an equal opportunity employer.
