IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER AIQ OPS

GP Strategies is hiring an Implementation Engineer - AIQ Ops to lead the deployment and integration of our AI-powered learning operations platform across enterprise customer environments. This customer-facing role is responsible for onboarding clients, configuring integrations (LMS, HRIS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, APIs), implementing SSO solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving successful customer adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS implementations, REST APIs, Azure, authentication technologies (OAuth/SAML), and enterprise software deployments, with a passion for delivering impactful technology solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.
