CONFIGURATION & DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST (M/K)

We are looking for an experienced Configuration & Deployment Specialist to support mission-critical enterprise applications for a large international organisation. The role focuses on CI/CD, application deployment, environment configuration, and operational stability. Your responsibilities • Manage application builds, integrations and deployments across backend, desktop and mobile environments • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Configure and support system environments • Monitor application performance, availability and overall health • Troubleshoot technical and deployment-related issues • Automate deployments and environment configuration • Support testing activities and Azure-based development environments • Cooperate with technical teams and external technology partners What we are looking for • 8+ years of professional IT experience • 3+ years in configuration, deployment or a similar role • Strong experience with CI/CD for complex enterprise systems • Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET applications hosted on Microsoft IIS • Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps and Git workflows • Good understanding of IIS configuration, SSL, authentication and application pools • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, service accounts and Windows security • Familiarity with application servers, relational databases and deployment tools • Experience working in Agile environments • English at B2 level or higher • ICT-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent Offer • Long-term contract with the possibility of extension for up to four years • Stable international project • Remote working model • No security clearance required
