<p><b><u>Job Description:</u></b></p><ul><li>Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, including Installation Technician I and II, ensuring efficient and effective task execution.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize construction projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.</li><li>Execute complex construction tasks, such as specialized concrete work, structural installations, and other high-skill activities, with precision and expertise.</li><li>Operate and oversee the operation of a wide range of advanced construction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Analyze and interpret detailed construction plans and blueprints, providing insights and recommendations for efficient project implementation.</li><li> Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant regulations.</li><li>Take a lead role in identifying and resolving complex construction challenges, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Lead safety initiatives, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure the strict adherence to safety protocols on the construction site.</li><li>Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a skilled and capable workforce.</li><li> Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the construction process.</li></ul><ul><li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.</li></ul><p>True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
