We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our growing team! As a Client Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong understanding of insurance products and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and internal teams. Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service</li><li>Follow up with warm leads and provide email /chat support.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks, including proofreading, research, and mailing.</li><li>Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations.</li><li>Undertake other assigned projects to contribute to team success.</li><li>Maintain and update client records in agency management systems.</li><li>Contribute to continuous process improvements in client service delivery.</li></ul> <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.</li><li>Insurance license: Active Life Accident & Health</li><li>Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and terminology.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) preferred.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.</li></ul> Please see our company Benefits:<ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li><li>Life Insurance and AD&D</li><li>FSA / HSA</li><li>Accident</li><li>Critical Illness</li><li>Hospital Indemnity</li><li>Supplemental Health Insurance</li><li>EAP</li><li>Pet Insurance</li><li>11 Paid Holidays</li><li>Flexible PTO</li><li>401K</li></ul>Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Company”)  is aware of scams involving false offers of employment with the Company.
