TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN

<p>We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and people-centered Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Nagarro. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent, while contributing to initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.</li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective hiring strategies.</li><li>Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent, and engaging communication.</li><li>Keep data accurate and up to date in our Applicant Tracking System.</li></ul> <ul><li>Previous 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the<strong> tech industry.</strong></li><li>Strong sourcing skills, comfortable using multiple channels and creative approaches to find the right talent.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions through data and insights.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.</li><li>A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in people and continuous improvement.</li><li><strong>Fluent in German and&#xa0;English (written and spoken).</strong></li></ul>
