ORACLE EBS PAYROLL FUNCTIONAL

<p>Job Summary:<br> We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules papart from Payroll. This role demands a deep understanding of these modules to effectively manage and optimize our human capital management processes.<br> Responsibilities:<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Lead and manage payroll-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll module.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payroll solutions.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Provide end-user training and support.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Document business processes and system configurations.</p> <p>Qualifications:<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Minimum of 8-12 years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Proven experience with 2-3 support projects.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Open to flexible time shifts.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Expertise in Fast Formula.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle development tools such as Forms, Reports, Workflow, and BI Publisher (XML Publisher).<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience with OA Framework (OAF) and personalization/customization of EBS modules.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and EBS-related tasks.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Understanding of ADOP (Online Patching) and EBS R12.2 file system architecture.<br> •&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Good understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll business processes, statutory requirements, and configuration logic.</p> <p>Remote: Willing to work - 3:30pm to 12:30am<br> If Day light savings -&#xa0; 2:30pm to 11:30pm</p>
