In this role, you'll have ownership of core platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Exchange while partnering closely with internal stakeholders, security teams, and managed service providers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services. class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Administer, configure, and support the firm's Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, user provisioning, licensing, and tenant management. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, application services, VPN connectivity, and related cloud resources.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain and support hybrid infrastructure environments, including on-premises servers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and directory services.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and ARM templates to streamline and automate deployments. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and other observability tools. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage identity and access services through Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and security controls. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design and support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions utilizing Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Rubrik, and related technologies. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Implement cloud governance standards, resource management practices, and cost optimization initiatives across Azure environments. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including switches, access points, gateways, SD-WAN technologies, VPN services, and wireless networking platforms. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Serve as the primary internal liaison with managed service providers for infrastructure and network-related support, escalations, and issue resolution.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner with cybersecurity teams to strengthen infrastructure security, implement best practices, and remediate vulnerabilities across cloud and on-premises environments. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Create and maintain architecture documentation, operational procedures, technical standards, and disaster recovery plans. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for complex infrastructure issues and collaborate with vendors and Microsoft support when needed. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Stay informed on emerging cloud technologies, platform enhancements, and industry best practices to continuously improve the firm's technology environment. </li> </ul> </div> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">5+ years of experience in systems administration, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering, including hands-on administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange, and Active Directory environments. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security solutions. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments across both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates and experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking technologies. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Bash, or similar tools. </li> <li enterprise networking infrastructure, including Ubiquiti or comparable networking platforms, and collaborating with managed service providers (MSPs) in a co-managed IT environment. </li> <li
