You will oversee a modern technology ecosystem centered on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Exchange, while guiding infrastructure modernization initiatives and ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services across the firm. You will partner closely with technology leadership, manage key vendor relationships, and lead a team responsible for supporting business-critical infrastructure.</div> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day operations of the firm's Microsoft Azure environment, including compute, storage, networking, and identity services. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Direct the administration, security, and governance of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Exchange environments. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure high availability, business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and backup strategies across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee network infrastructure operations, including Ubiquiti networking equipment, Palo Alto Prisma firewalls, Versa SD-WAN, and managed service provider relationships. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, licensing, and technology investments related to infrastructure and cloud services. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner with technology leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with security, application development, and support teams to deliver reliable and secure technology services. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, governance policies, and access management controls. </li> <li degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or related technology functions. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within an infrastructure or cloud operations environment. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Intune environments. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, cybersecurity principles, firewalls, SD-WAN technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing operational requirements and long-term strategic goals. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) and external technology partners.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills, and discretion when handling sensitive information. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience supporting a law firm or other professional services organization is highly desirable. </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking solutions and enterprise network management is
