f18jd3zf">Direct the administration, enhancement, and strategic development of the firm's document management system, including workflow design, integrations, governance, and user adoption technologies, legal industry trends, automation opportunities, and best practices to continuously enhance the firm's technology capabilities.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications and leading complex technology initiatives.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrated success leading enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization efforts.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience managing and developing technical teams, including coaching, performance management, and professional development.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, data workflows, and platform governance.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Hands-on expertise with legal technology platforms such as <strong>NetDocuments, Aderant</strong>, or comparable systems, including configuration, workflow development, and system
