SALES SPECIALIST (CROATIAN-SPEAKING)

What You'll Be Doing • Work with warm and cold leads in the Croatian market • Winning back ex-clients • Reach clients using phone calls & email, and WhatsApp communication • Present the Jooble product & cover client questions • Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel • Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets. Who We're Looking For • At least 2 years of experience in sales • Fluent Croatian (to communicate with clients) • English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team) • CRM experience • Strong communication skills️ • Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc) • Experience in B2B sales and HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus What We Offer • Fully remote work • Flexible schedule: 7 hours/day (excluding lunch), Monday to Friday • Freelance employment • Paid training during the first week • 16 days paid vacation + Croatian public holidays • Become part of an international company with a mission to help people find jobs all over the world
