Job description

Accountabilities: • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a portfolio of AI-powered products and intelligent applications. • Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives. • Partner with scientists, researchers, business stakeholders, and end users to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and refine products through customer discovery and rapid prototyping. • Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications by collaborating with engineering, AI engineering, data science, UX, and external partners. • Drive the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions using iterative development, experimentation, and user feedback. • Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, including adoption, customer satisfaction, model quality, reliability, and business impact to guide continuous optimization. • Promote reusable product frameworks and best practices that accelerate future AI product development across the organization. Requirements • Master's degree with 6+ years, Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or equivalent combination of education and Information Technology experience. • Extensive experience leading digital AI products, defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and measuring product success. • Strong technical knowledge of AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices. • Proven experience delivering AI/ML, enterprise software, or digital products from concept through enterprise adoption. • Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and machine learning productization. • Experience working with enterprise AI platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, MLflow, or similar environments. • Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, healthcare, or scientific environments is considered an asset.
