STS (SETTING THE STANDARDS) ENGINEER

The Role We're proud to be an approved StS provider, which gives our local authority clients and our tenants the confidence that the accommodation we provide is safe and of a good standard. As our StS engineer, you'll visit our properties across London to inspect them for compliance with StS standards, carrying out remedial maintenance as required. You'll also attend each property's annual StS inspection and will build a strong working relationship with the inspectors. You'll be part of a larger team of other field based maintenance multi-traders, and office based co-ordinators to ensure that repairs are carried out promptly and effectively. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Taking instructions from the StS administrator regarding the daily schedule of jobs • Attending units for StS inspections, and to prepare them for inspections, carrying out proactive maintenance repairs as required • Registering job progress reports and completing job reports • Accurate collation of data for each job (photos/ videos) • Build a strong and effective working relationship with the team of StS inspectors • Ensure material and supply stock levels are maintained at all times within your vehicle • Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are fully implemented to achieve customer satisfaction guaranteeing complaints are handled with empathy and professionalism • Any other relevant duties as requested by other departments • Updating information on PDA system • To comply with Stef & Philips policies and to carry out any duties that may reasonably be required
