FREELANCE MULTILINGUAL RECRUITER

SpeakIt is currently seeking a highly motivated Freelance Multilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our multilingual team in Greece. As a Freelance Multilingual Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent for our clients and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives. Responsibilities • Sourcing candidates for our client’s positions. • Performing database searches as well as other CV sources. • Effectively screening & interviewing potential candidates. • Providing candidates with all relevant information on both roles and clients. • Successfully matching jobs to candidates, evaluating job descriptions and requirements • Submitting relevant applicants by presenting their CVs to our internal team. • Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and Team Leader, working within a defined team. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar position. • Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively. • Work 100% Remotely • Set Your Own Schedule – Full autonomy to plan your day and balance personal and professional priorities. • Comprehensive Onboarding & Training – Receive structured initial training to get you up to speed quickly, plus ongoing support to help you succeed. • Attractive Compensation & Conditions – Competitive remuneration package with fixed fee & performance-based commissions.
