Currently working with international clients, we are looking for Senior Mechanical Engineers with strong experience in battery systems, electromechanical product design, and manufacturing support . This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, CAD excellence, supplier collaboration, and solving complex mechanical challenges. 📍 Location: México 🕒 Experience Level: 6+ years 🌐 English: B2–C1 🧩 Full-time | Engineering ✈️ Valid visa is a must Key Responsibilities • Mechanical design for battery cell integration , enclosures, and electro‑mechanical assemblies. • Create 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T , and BOMs for tooling release. • Perform tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA , and design robustness activities. • Update designs for automated assembly , DFM/DFA, and manufacturing transfer. • Support prototyping , on-site builds, suppliers, and international manufacturing partners. Must‑Have Qualifications • Engineering degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace . • 6+ years of product design experience. • Experience with batteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging . • Strong CAD skills: Onshape, NX, SolidWorks . • PFMEA, PPAP, DFM experience • Advanced English + valid travel visa . Nice‑to‑Have Skills • Thermal management knowledge • Prototyping & FEA exposure • PLM (Teamcenter/Windchill/Agile) Soft Skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Leadership in technical decision-making. • Ability to collaborate across suppliers, validation, manufacturing and purchasing. • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
