LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LPC)

Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor Position: Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our remote clinical team and provide structured, client-centered mental health services. The LPC will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards of care. Responsibilities • Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients • Evaluate client needs and identify treatment priorities • Develop and update individualized care plans • Apply evidence-based counseling techniques • Document session notes and treatment progress • Collaborate with internal clinical teams when needed • Active Colorado LPC license • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field • Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting • Strong documentation and communication skills • Comfortable using telehealth platforms • Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your career with a structured remote role designed for consistency and professional growth.
