<p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="1071" data-end="1435"><strong data-start="1071" data-end="1179">Little Otter, part of Hazel Health, is transforming how children and families access mental health care.</strong> Founded by clinicians, Little Otter delivers evidence-based, whole-family behavioral health through a virtual care model that combines expert therapy, psychiatry, parent coaching, and measurement-based care to improve outcomes for children and caregivers.</p>
<p data-start="1440" data-end="1694">Following the partnership between Little Otter and Hazel Health, we're expanding access to comprehensive pediatric mental health care nationwide. Together, we're helping more children and families receive high-quality, coordinated care wherever they are.</p>
<p class="" data-start="1699" data-end="1869">As a Little Otter clinician, you'll practice within our structured, evidence-based care model while being supported by the scale, technology, and mission of Hazel Health.</p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h2>
<p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="1912" data-end="2286">As a <strong data-start="1917" data-end="1967">Little Otter Licensed Child & Family Therapist</strong>, you'll provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to children and families using our clinician-developed, measurement-based care model. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individualized treatment, and use standardized clinical measures to guide diagnosis, monitor progress, and inform treatment decisions.</p>
<p data-start="2291" data-end="2504">This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy combining high-quality therapeutic care with data-informed practice and who are passionate about improving outcomes for children through whole-family mental health care.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="fqy8av" data-start="166" data-end="276">Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using a whole-family approach.</li>
<li data-section-id="5112y7" data-start="277" data-end="393">Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care.</li>
<li data-section-id="1wzi50y" data-start="394" data-end="505">Utilize measurement-based care and standardized assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor progress.</li>
<li data-section-id="1h7lwux" data-start="506" data-end="595">Partner with caregivers to build skills, support treatment goals, and improve outcomes.</li>
<li data-section-id="w9rrdh" data-start="596" data-end="692">Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.</li>
<li data-section-id="oj5czj" data-start="693" data-end="805">Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.</li>
<li data-section-id="1b08izn" data-start="806" data-end="929">Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Passion for practicing within a structured, outcomes-focused, measurement-based care model centered on children and families.</strong></li>
<li>Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and assessment skills</li>
<li>Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice</li>
<li>Interest in or experience with <strong>measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking</strong></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Schedule</strong></span></p>
<p>Maintain availability for 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours. Peak demand hours include sessions at common times where children and families want to be seen: <strong>school hours of school-based sessions, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends</strong>.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">At Hazel Health's Little Otter, we believe clinicians should be compensated for more than just time spent in session. Our W-2 compensation model recognizes the full scope of your work, including paid administrative time and compensation for eligible client no-shows. We also handle billing, credentialing, and referrals so you can focus on delivering exceptional care—not running a private practice.</span></p>
<div><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Compensation is based on the therapist’s state of residence and the type and/or duration of completed clinical session.</span></div>
