Renowned for its innovative, customer-focused approach, the PMO combines deep project management expertise with a strong commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and achieving impactful results.</p><p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p><p>As a Project Manager aligned to our Data and Application Cloud Services (DACS) team, you will lead complex, high-impact client engagements that may involve multiple workstreams, diverse stakeholder groups, and cross-practice collaboration. You will ensure successful project delivery while aligning with client expectations, contractual commitments, financial targets, and strategic objectives. As a Project Manager aligned to our Data &amp; Application Cloud Services (DACS) team, you will lead client engagements while partnering closely with Senior Project Managers, Practice Leadership, and technical delivery teams. This role is ideal for a project management professional ready to take the next step in their consulting career by leading increasingly complex cloud transformation initiatives.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage medium to large client engagements from initiation through successful delivery, partnering with PMO and Practice Leadership as appropriate.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.</li><li>Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across multiple workstreams.</li><li>Support project financial management, including forecasting, budget tracking, revenue recognition, and project profitability.</li><li>Drive disciplined scope management and facilitate change requests in accordance with contractual commitments.</li><li>Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans before they impact delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Present project status, financial health, risks, and recommendations to client and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Utilize delivery health indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and delivery best practices.</li></ul> <p><strong>Your Strengths in Action</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrates ownership and accountability for successful project delivery.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.</li><li>Effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.</li><li>Sound business and financial judgment with an understanding of project profitability.</li><li>Proactively identifies risks and drives solutions before they impact project outcomes.</li><li>Thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to continuously learn and grow.</li><li>Communicates confidently with project teams, clients, and leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Core Skills &amp; Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or technology organizations.</li><li>Experience leading medium to large technology implementation projects.</li><li>Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience supporting project financial management, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>PMP certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting cloud migration or cloud implementation projects is preferred.</li><li>Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, or user adoption activities during technology implementations.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.</li><li>Exposure to enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.</li></ul> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
