TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Scope The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a connective force within Care Lumen's Business Operations division responsible for driving complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful delivery. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations and PMO, this role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, translating strategy into structured execution. This is not a coordinator role. The ideal candidate brings technical fluency, strong operational instincts, and the ability to lead without direct authority. You'll work across teams to define program scope, manage dependencies, surface and resolve risks, and keep stakeholders aligned and accountable all while maintaining visibility into the details that matter most. As Care Lumen scales, so does the complexity of what we're building and how we operate. This TPM will help us deliver at that scale with rigor, clarity, and speed.
