U.S. ACCOUNTANT & TAX SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced U.S. Accountant & Tax Specialist to join our client’s team remotely and support a U.S.-based company with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting. This position requires availability during standard U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Key Responsibilities • Manage company and client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop. • Prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns. • Complete and submit state sales tax filings. • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. • Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Maintain organized financial documentation for tax and audit purposes. • Collaborate effectively with team members based in the United States. • Ensure all tax filings are completed on time while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
