<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs</li><li>Lead technical delivery across engineering workstreams, ensuring code quality and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end</li><li>Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews</li><li>Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making</li><li>Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production reliability</li><li>Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of professional software engineering experience</li><li>Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Go)</li><li>Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda, S3, SQS, CDK, DynamoDB, Step Functions)</li><li>Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, DynamoDB)</li><li>Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems</li><li>Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li><li>Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in media, ad tech, or data-heavy platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Snowflake, Kinesis, or data pipeline tooling</li><li>Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures</li></ul> <p><strong>We are accepting applications from LATAM countries<br> #LI-DNI</strong></p>
