Rehabilitation Consultant – Allied Health (First Nations Identified Role) Location: Flexible | Hybrid working available Come yarn with us and make a deadly impact Hey mob! If you’re a qualified Allied Health professional and proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, we’d love to yarn with you about joining our team at Konekt. We’re on a mission to help thousands of Aussies get back on track after injury — and we know that having strong First Nations voices in our team makes all the difference.    This is a First Nations Identified Role, open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants, as per the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working closely with clients of all backgrounds, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and reach their goals. You’ll: <ul><li>Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations </li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness </li></ul><ul><li>Help mob identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests </li></ul><ul><li>Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments </li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return-to-work goal </li></ul>Why You’ll Love It Here We’re not just a workplace — we’re a community.
