SENIOR 3D/MOTION DESIGNER

Jira ticket We are looking for a concept-driven Senior 3D/Motion Designer with exceptional visual taste and "agency DNA" who can transform complex ideas into stunning executions across digital, print, and global events. This is a role for a proactive authority and technical expert who doesn’t just follow a brief, but dictates how a vision should "come to life" through motion and advanced 3D. You will play a vital role in shaping our global identity and brand strategy, effectively writing the new rules for our brand evolution rather than following an existing manual. You will have the autonomy to lead the motion design strategy and define the standards for visual communication on a global scale. In this role, you will: • Lead the design of advanced graphic solutions, including 3D graphics, complex motion elements, and comprehensive visual identity systems • Conduct in-depth research and hypothesis testing to develop data-driven design solutions that address business challenges and technical constraints • Oversee the production of high-impact printed and digital materials, ensuring visual consistency and quality across major company-wide initiatives • Conceptualize and execute visual tools for internal clients, specializing in the design of strategic templates and high-level data visualizations • Coordinate and lead initiatives within the design community, including the selection of core technologies and mentoring colleagues • Act as a trusted consultant for stakeholders, providing expert feedback to ensure the alignment of creative outputs with long-term goals • Apply AI tools across the full design process to enhance execution speed while maintaining premium quality Skills you’ll need to bring: • Strong graphic & motion design fundamentals (typography, composition, layout, animation) • Branding & visual identity • Advanced 3D (Blender or Cinema 4D) • Figma • Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Experience creating key visuals for campaigns • Upper-intermediate level of English As a plus: • Art direction • Concept creation • AI creative tools • Basic video editing
