Position: Social Work Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $40–$50/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
• Construct social work scenarios for complex case assessment, multi-stakeholder care coordination, and crisis intervention.
• Build tasks across clinical social work practice , child and family welfare , healthcare/medical social work , and community-based case management .
• Develop practice scenarios using tools like EHR , CCWIS , and interagency referral platforms.
• Apply social work frameworks such as biopsychosocial assessment , trauma-informed care , and strengths-based practice .
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic clinical and ethical judgment from generic textbook recall.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .
Qualifications
Must-Have
• 5+ years working as a licensed clinical social worker ( LCSW/LMSW ) or senior case management professional.
• Direct ownership of clinical caseloads or program-level service delivery.
• Fluency in social work practice standards and case management tooling.
Preferred
• Prior rubric, clinical training curriculum, or case documentation authorship.
