Position: Nurse Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$110/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Confirm a medication is safe to administer against the patient's full active med list and administration history. • Catch a medication reconciliation gap, a missed IV compatibility issue, or an adverse-reaction pattern requiring timeline tracing. • Judge completeness by evaluating if the full clinical picture is accounted for or if the question is scoped too narrowly. • Distinguish between issues within nursing scope and those needing escalation to pharmacy or the prescriber. • Verify that a correct nursing finding is carried through, ensuring dose is held, the right person is notified, and chart is documented.
