We empower our teams to turn ideas into world-changing realities, creating an environment where every voice is valued and every contribution helps build a healthier world.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all Xray systems across the Midlands, with flexibility to support wider UK requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Diagnose and resolve complex system-level faults across multi-technology platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide remote diagnostics and support from a home office, dialling into systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues where possible.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with engineering teams, service centres, and commercial functions to deliver exceptional service.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage tools, spare parts, and travel logistics efficiently.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete all required documentation accurately and within deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Travel approximately 35–40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attend international training courses as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be flexible to support overtime, short-notice callouts, and weekend shifts Compulsory. (1 in every 4 weekends)</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>Required Qualifications & Experience</b></span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related technical discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Field service experience (medical imaging experience advantageous but not essential – full training provided).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with remote connectivity tools and diagnostics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good IT skills, including familiarity with software installation, virtual machines, and troubleshooting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Full UK driving licence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English.</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>Desirable Skills</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience with additional medical imaging modalities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of DICOM and IT/network troubleshooting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with CRM systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Project management experience.</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>What We’re Looking For</b></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>We are looking for individuals who demonstrate both technical expertise and a mindset aligned with our core principles.
