We are currently hiring a Motion Designer for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension) , offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment. Main Responsibilities • Create motion graphics and animated content that bring ideas to life across digital platforms. • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging visual storytelling. • Develop dynamic assets for campaigns, social media, and digital products that align with brand identity and tone. • Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and tools to keep the brand’s motion identity fresh and innovative. • Design and animate content for social media, digital ads, and video campaigns . • Create motion graphics for product explainers, event videos, and promotional materials . • Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animation concepts . • Edit and enhance video content with smooth transitions, text animations, and visual effects . • Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video outputs. • Optimize animations for multiple formats including web, mobile, and social media . • Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines . Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field (required). Experience & Knowledge: • 1–3 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video content creation . • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop . • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus. • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual rhythm . • Experience with animated typography, infographics, and explainer videos . • Knowledge of sound design integration for motion graphics. • Familiarity with Figma or other digital collaboration tools. • Understanding of video formats, compression, and export settings for various platforms. • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote environment. • Remote opportunity within a collaborative and growth-focused environment. • Competitive compensation • Social and medical insurance
