Position: Sales Operations & Enablement Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $150/hour Location: Remote Duration: 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026 Role Responsibilities • Create and evaluate high-quality sales operations scenarios . Leverage experience in capacity planning , performance management , and enablement . • Convert sales-performance data into practical manager actions. Produce workflows, templates, and training for frontline teams. • Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems . • Collaborate on a UK business-hours rhythm with live team sessions and occasional evening messages. • Engage in a full-time project with flexible hours and independent work . Qualifications Must-Have • 5+ years in sales operations , revenue enablement , territory or capacity planning , or commercial program management . • Experience with capacity plans , performance scorecards , and enablement programs . • Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work there. Preferred • Experience in B2B media sales , advertising or ad-tech , SaaS businesses , agencies , or publisher revenue teams . • Skills in demand-based staffing , performance management , and commercial process design .
