<p><strong>Are you an experienced mechanic with a passion for diagnostics?</strong></p><p>If you have experience working in automotive workshops, enjoy investigating complex vehicle faults, and would like to continue developing your technical expertise in a remote and international environment, this opportunity could be for you.</p><p>You will provide technical support to automotive workshops, listening to their queries, analysing the available information, and guiding fellow mechanics towards the best technical solution.</p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><p>We are looking for mechanics with experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting complex vehicle faults, who enjoy sharing their knowledge and helping other automotive professionals find technical solutions.</p><p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a passenger car workshop.</li><li>Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting complex vehicle faults.</li><li>Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.</li><li>Strong communication skills to explain technical procedures clearly and effectively.</li><li>Minimum B2 level of English to participate in meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.</li><li>Swedish language proficiency at C2, bilingual, or equivalent level.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in technical support or remote assistance.</li><li>Vocational training in Automotive Technology, Electromechanics, or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles (EV/HEV).</li><li>Experience using an oscilloscope for advanced diagnostics.</li><li>Experience in CAN network diagnostics and automotive electronic systems.</li></ul><p><strong>What will your mission be?</strong></p><p>You will join our Technical Hotline team, providing specialised technical support to automotive workshops in the Swedish market.</p><p>Your main objective will be to help other professionals identify, diagnose, and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.</p><p><strong>What will your day-to-day look like?</strong></p><ul><li>Answer technical queries from workshops via phone and email.</li><li>Analyse mechanical faults and support other automotive professionals in finding the right solution.</li><li>Interpret wiring diagrams, technical documentation, and repair procedures.</li><li>Consult technical databases, service bulletins, and specialised documentation to provide the best possible solution.</li><li>Provide technical support for hybrid and electric vehicles.</li><li>Collaborate with international teams in technical meetings and training sessions.</li><li>Follow up on cases until they are fully resolved.</li></ul><p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p><ul><li>Permanent contract from day one.</li><li>Full-time position (<strong>39 hours per week</strong>).</li><li>Comprehensive onboarding and support during your integration period.</li><li>Continuous technical training.</li><li>Stable Monday-to-Friday schedule.</li><li>International and multicultural environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Flexible Working Model</strong></p><ul><li><strong>100% remote</strong> for candidates residing outside the Madrid region.</li><li><strong>Hybrid working </strong>model<strong> </strong>with 2 days per week onsite at our <strong>Alcobendas</strong> office and 3 days working remotely for candidates based in the Madrid region.</li></ul><p><strong>Our Selection Process</strong></p><p>1.
