TAX PLATFORM DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

For our client, a global professional services and solutions leader, we are looking for a Tax Process Excellence Lead to work in a hybrid model. We are seeking a professional with a strong background in both Tax and Project Management, who can communicate fluently in English (C1 level minimum). What will your tasks involve? • Support the deployment of the Global Business Platform and driving key transformation initiatives. • Conduct "as-is" analysis and help define target ("to-be") operational processes. • Facilitate Change Impact Assessments and close gaps between current and future states. • Provide tax process expertise while ensuring strict alignment with project methodologies. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive overall business readiness. • Draft SOPs, training assets, and change communications for new ways of working. • Deliver end-user training to accelerate adoption of newly introduced processes. • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and optimization opportunities. • Drive continuous improvement by capturing key lessons learned and best practices. What we expect from you? • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or Management Information Systems. • Proven Finance/Accounting experience within an SSC/BPO environment. • Strong understanding of VAT processes (sales, purchases, VAT returns) and Excise taxes. • Solid foundation in general accounting principles. • Hands-on familiarity with SAP ERP systems. • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on end-to-end processes. • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. • Hands-on experience in Change Management and training—including creating engaging materials and delivering training to foster new ways of working.
