Job description

<ul><li>Lead sales growth, market development and key account management across the entire U.S. market.</li><li>Expand the presence of Anton Paar ConsumerTec in the U.S. markets, starting with EasyDens digital density meter, SmartRef digital refractometer and our new pH2Go, a digital pH meter.</li><li>Identify and onboard resellers, retail partners, and distribution channels nationwide.</li><li>Boost direct-to-consumer sales through leading U.S. e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to position our products across North America.</li><li>Develop and execute a local sales strategy with measurable KPIs and long-term growth targets.</li><li>Report directly to the Anton Paar ConsumerTec headquarters in Austria.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in consumer product sales, market development, or e-commerce.</li><li>Proven track record building or expanding sales channels in the U.S., ideally in smart devices, or lifestyle tech.</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build something new.</li><li>Strong familiarity with the U.S. retail and e-commerce landscape.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, trade shows, or occasional international visits.</li></ul> <ul><li>The chance to build a business from the ground up – with global support of a trusted brand backed by 100+ years of engineering excellence.</li><li>High autonomy and flexibility in how you deliver your results.</li><li>The base salary range for this position is $102,000/y to $126,000/y.
