SENIOR CONTENT CREATOR & GROWTH LEAD | $3K-$3.5K BASE + $1K QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE BONUS + REMOTE | AMAZING E-COMMERCE BRAND

<p>We're looking for an experienced&#xa0;<strong>Senior Content Creator &amp; Growth Lead</strong><strong>&#xa0;(heavy hands-on experience creating content where YOU appear is required)</strong> to lead and execute the company's entire marketing strategy across <strong>paid media, organic content, viral videos, ecommerce, and customer acquisition through social media content (product marketing).&#xa0;</strong></p><p>This is <strong>not</strong> a role for someone who prefers managing agencies, delegating creative work, or spending most of the day in meetings. We're looking for a true builder: <strong>someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, experimenting, creating, analyzing results, and moving quickly from idea to execution. <u>You'll be creating content by yourself.&#xa0;</u></strong></p><p><strong>You'll own the whole process: strategy, creation&#xa0;and execution</strong>, working directly with the founders to scale revenue, improve marketing efficiency, and build systems that support long-term growth.<br> <br> <strong>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Content Creation &amp; Creative Production</strong></p><ul><li>Personally <strong>create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.</strong></li><li>Film <strong>product demonstrations, lifestyle content, educational videos, and viral concepts</strong> featuring our products.</li><li>Write <strong>hooks, scripts, captions, and creative concepts </strong>that capture attention and drive engagement.</li><li>Stay on <strong>top of social media trends and quickly produce content </strong>that fits our brand while maximizing reach and sales.</li></ul><p><strong>Growth Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Personally build, launch, monitor, and optimize <strong>advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.</strong></li><li>Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and messaging <strong>to continuously improve campaign performance.</strong></li><li>Scale successful campaigns responsibly while maintaining strong <strong>ROAS and profitable customer acquisition (Getting double ROAS is a must).</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Ecommerce &amp; Website Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Continuously improve the <strong>Shopify store to increase conversions</strong> and deliver a better customer experience.</li><li><strong>Update product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, and merchandising based on customer behavior and performance data.</strong></li><li>Run <strong>A/B tests to improve conversion rate, average order value</strong>, and overall <strong>ecommerce performance.</strong></li><li>Manage product content and listings across <strong>Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, </strong>and future sales channels.</li></ul> <ul><li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> leading <strong>content creation (With YOU on camera)</strong> and&#xa0;<strong>performance</strong> marketing initiatives through&#xa0;<strong>Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube,</strong> etc.</li><li>Must have short form video content creation experience with high comfortable level of appearing on short form videos.&#xa0;</li><li>Proven success scaling <strong>ecommerce</strong> or consumer brands <strong>via social media content.</strong></li><li>Experience managing <strong>paid advertising</strong> across <strong>Meta and Google</strong>&#xa0;would be a big plus.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience creating <strong>high-performing short-form video </strong>content.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Shopify</strong> and <strong>ecommerce</strong> conversion optimization.</li><li><strong>Excellent English communication skills.</strong></li><li>Experience using AI tools such as <strong>Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar to create and improve marketing workflows.</strong></li></ul> <p><strong>About SaaS Talent</strong></p><p>SaaS Talent is more than just a recruiting company.
