Learn more at <a class="Hyperlink SCXW248234814 BCX0" href="http://fleetworthy.com/" target="_blank">fleetworthy.com</a>.</div>Job Purpose The Provider Ops Coordinator utilizes expertise in the tolling industry to review and bring to closure escalated customer issues utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) software. They will also identify areas of opportunity to minimize revenue loss, and violations, and share feedback with product and development to improve processes. In this role, the coordinator will also help troubleshoot complex customer issues with agencies to improve the customer experience without adversely impacting provider relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Performs and recommends actions to resolve customer issues that are rooted in provider data or processes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provides analysis and research into customer issues that require in-depth data investigation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborates and liaises with Fleetworthy operations and providers to assist in defining of technical requirements and providing domain expertise in pursuit of issue closure and continuous process improvements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate and liaise with the Operations, Development and Product to make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology and/or alternative uses of existing technology.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engages with customers on as needed basis.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintains broad knowledge about company’s services.</li> </ul> Experience and Competencies <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years’ experience in toll or transportation role in similar environment (preferred)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Intermediate Excel skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent time management skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills with ability to utilize problem solving skills for issues and inquiries </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Continually contribute to cohesive team environment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Possesses and demonstrates Fleetworthy's Core Competencies and Values </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Fleetworthy is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that is respectful and welcoming of individual differences.
