<p class="isSelectedEnd">Qualified Digital is seeking a <strong>Senior Account Director</strong>, who will lead a portfolio of strategic client accounts, serving as a trusted advisor while driving account growth and long-term partnerships. They will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to help clients achieve their business goals through innovative digital marketing solutions.</p>
<p>We're looking for someone who brings executive presence, strong business acumen, and a collaborative mindset. You'll build lasting client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, lead cross-functional teams, and help deliver exceptional work that drives results—for both our clients and Qualified Digital.</p>
<p><em>Position type: Full time (US based - preference for someone on the West Coast)</em></p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Builds trusted client relationships by serving as a strategic advisor on their business objectives, digital strategy, and innovative solutions—with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.</li>
<li>Owns the growth and health of the account by establishing revenue and expansion goals, while driving client satisfaction, performance, and long-term value.</li>
<li>Gain deep expertise in clients' business goals and objectives to provide strategic guidance.</li>
<li>Serve as the “voice of the client” in internal discussions, ensuring their needs and priorities are represented.</li>
<li>Leads client-facing financial communications, proactively addressing budget updates, scope changes, and resourcing shifts. Partners with internal teams to develop solutions and ensures alignment with client expectations and contractual agreements.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing multiple senior client stakeholders across separate business units. Skilled at leading complex discussions, navigating competing priorities, and building alignment among diverse stakeholder groups to drive successful outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strategic Leadership & Account Growth</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversees, grows, and expands a book of key accounts, comprising $5-7M in revenue.</li>
<li>Drives the strategic direction of key growth accounts, developing proactive, innovative account plans that deliver fresh ideas and business growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to identify new opportunities for expansion, driving increased value and services.</li>
<li>Manage accurate pipeline reporting, ensuring clear visibility into opportunities and progress.</li>
<li>Oversees the client financial health and profitability, using insights to inform strategic recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to move ideas from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.</li>
<li>Develop high-quality briefs, presentations, statements of work, and other key materials to advance client initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>8 years of applicable account/client service management experience with a proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts. </li>
<li>Healthcare Industry experience preferred (and/or experience in other highly regulated industries) preferred.</li>
<li>Strong digital expertise, with a bonus for technical knowledge in platform integrations, CMS execution, and digital ecosystems.</li>
<li>Experience owning full-service engagements for clients, including strategy, planning, digital initiatives, websites, apps, and media. </li>
<li>Willingness to roll up sleeves and actively contribute at all levels.</li>
<li>Strong team player who effectively collaborates and brings in the right people to execute projects successfully.</li>
<li>Strongly preferred experience using AI to transform marketing programs, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for clients.</li>
</ul>
<p>Applicants who’d like to be considered for a full-time position must be US based.</p>
<p>The target range of base compensation for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.</p>
