Job Overview: You own our major Southwest markets end-to-end, with our highest priority focus in Arizona and Texas. That means knowing where supply and demand are out of balance before a scorecard tells you, carrying the relationships with our highest-volume servers yourself, and being accountable for the region hitting its KPIs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with centralized Process Server Network teams to implement on the ground. You drive real change in your market and feed learnings back so what works in the Southwest can scale across the network. You'll also work closely with Compliance when improvements touch evidence chain or court delivery, and with Support & Experience teams on network-facing communications and support tooling. This is a builder role. You'll be writing the playbook and executing it in real time. This position is remote but must be located in Arizona, Texas, or Las Vegas.
