BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

What We’re Looking For ● Accent-neutral, highly fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills ● A clear, confident, professional telephone manner ● Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, business development, or telemarketing ● Comfortable speaking with senior executives and business owners ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly ● Able to follow a sales script while sounding natural rather than robotic ● Comfortable handling objections and maintaining composure during challenging calls ● Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently ● Strong attention to detail when documenting call activity and outcomes Preferred Experience Experience selling to or communicating with business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers will be highly advantageous. Experience with Pipedrive, Airtable, or similar CRM/database systems is also a plus. The campaign will primarily use Airtable.
