CONTRACT SENIOR UX DESIGNER

<p>Urgent opportunity for a Principal UX Consultant to join us on a contract basis - initially lasting for 6 months.</p> <p>Details:</p> <p>Please note this is a hybrid position and you will need to be onsite 2/3 times per week - unfortunately this is non negotiable.</p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Managing design stakeholders &amp; coaching clients or your team to help them exercise Design Thinking, Lean UX &amp; Lean principles, and Human Centred Design.</li> <li>Designing and facilitating workshops and design sprints</li> <li>Conducting user research and user testing</li> <li>Consulting a product owner with backlog prioritisation</li> <li>Prototyping at various levels of fidelity - from paper to hi-fi click-throughs</li> <li>Auditing existing user experience</li> </ul> <p>What we need from you is experience with the below; </p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of Human Centred Design and Design Thinking</li> <li>Experience working closely with engineers, QA &amp; delivery disciplines.</li> <li>Experience working with clients presenting design concepts and running workshops</li> <li>Experience in leading UX activities on a project</li> <li>Knowledge of industry-standard tools, such as Sketch/Figma, plus aptitude to learn and introduce new tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Experience designing mobile-first responsive sites &amp; mobile native apps</li> <li>Experience with user testing at various levels of fidelity - from guerilla user testing to lab testing</li> <li>An ability to work closely with a team and the client as a sole UX Designer.</li> </ul> <p></p>
