<p>The <strong>Great Greek Mediterranean Grill</strong> is a fast-growing, fast-casual restaurant concept that brings the bold, vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean to today’s diners. Backed by a proven franchise model and growing national presence, the brand continues to expand as demand for fresh, healthy Mediterranean cuisine rises.</p><p>The Operations Advisor provides franchisees with industry training and support in assigned region while driving profitability, as well as being part of new store launches.<strong> </strong></p><p>• Implements franchisee store startup program, including: operational training and marketing assessments.</p><p>• Maintains a high level of knowledge and skill in all areas of operations and training.</p><p>• Contacts franchise owner consistently prior to and after opening. Works with Franchisee regarding pre-     opening schedule, training, shift control, scheduling, order & daily/nightly paperwork. </p><p>• Communicates with the Operations Manager and other necessary personnel throughout the opening       process sharing the status of opening-related milestones, potential delays or other opening-related           issues.</p><p>• Maintains regular follow-up to restaurants post open and visits stores that are not performing well            Works with the Operations Manager to develop plan of action to address deficiencies and ensure              brand standards are met.</p><p>• Visits all stores a minimum of two (2) times per year.</p><p>• Increases operational standards through guidance, training, and improving management skills.</p><p>• Trains and reinforces franchisees and store employees comply with franchise model and system.</p><p>• Instructs franchisee and store employees on safe operation and handling of equipment and products.</p><p>• Examines P&L statements to advise franchisees on best practices.  </p><p>• Consults with franchisee to ascertain and define need or area of opportunity, and determine scope of</p><p>   investigation required to obtain solution.</p><p>• Advises Support Department on issues identified through communication with franchisees.</p><p>• Follows up with franchisee on behalf of Support Department.</p><p>• Compiles brand compliance data and helps franchisees upgrade their image.</p><p>• Assists corporate with planning regional meetings</p><p>• Completes, maintains, and processes required paperwork, records and daily reports.</p><p>• Maintains daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook (minimum of two weeks in advance).</p><p>• Travels 70-80% in and outside Region.</p>
<p>Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, and scheduling software.  Point-of-sale (POS) software.</p><p>Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required</p><p>A credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses                           </p><p>Strong background in related industry </p><p>Sales and business operations experience and the ability to read a profit and loss</p><p>Restaurant experience a must</p><p>Must be able to travel an average of 70-80% of the time</p>
