<p>Role name: Architect/Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer<br>

Interview: Phone/Skype  </p><p>Role and responsibilities:<br>
Responsible for the design, development, simulation, validation, and lifecycle support of embedded electronic hardware systems. Lead hardware development from concept through production while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expertise in digital and mixed-signal design supports the delivery of reliable, high-performance, and production-ready electronic solutions.</p><p>Hardware Design & Development<br>
Design digital and mixed-signal electronic systems for embedded hardware platforms.<br>
Develop hardware architectures, schematics, interface circuits, and subsystem designs.<br>
Perform component selection, circuit analysis, and design optimization.<br>
Review PCB layouts with emphasis on signal integrity, power integrity, manufacturability, and reliability.<br>
Support design verification throughout the product development lifecycle.<br>
High-Speed Digital & Power Design</p><p>Design and integrate high-speed interfaces including PCIe, DDR3/DDR4/DDR5, Ethernet, USB, and SerDes.<br>
Analyze timing performance, signal integrity, and power delivery requirements.<br>
Support interface optimization and validation for robust system performance.<br>
Design PSU’s for different power rails and RF interfaces<br>
Conduct pre-layout and post-layout design analysis.<br>
Hardware Simulation & Analysis</p><p>Perform circuit simulations using SPICE-based tools and industry-standard design software.<br>
Conduct signal integrity and power integrity analysis.<br>
Verify circuit functionality and performance prior to hardware release.<br>
Support worst-case analysis, timing verification, and design margin assessment.<br>
Hardware Validation & Integration</p><p>Lead board bring-up, debugging, and system integration activities.<br>
Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware issues.<br>
Execute functional, environmental, reliability, safety, and compliance testing.<br>
Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and related laboratory equipment.<br>
Document validation plans, test procedures, and verification results.<br>
Product Support & Leadership</p><p>Support manufacturing transfer and production ramp activities.<br>
Resolve field and production hardware issues through structured problem-solving methods.<br>
Lead failure analysis and corrective action investigations.<br>
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.<br>
Provide technical guidance to engineers, designers, and technicians.</p>
