SENIOR .NET SOFTWARE ENGINEER (FULLSTACK) / 1

<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior .NET Software Engineer (Fullstack)</strong> to join our development team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our internal CRM and workflow management systems, working closely with business stakeholders and contributing to architectural decisions across the entire software lifecycle.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Active development of our internal, custom CRM and workflow management platforms</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development, improvement, and optimization of back-end systems</p></li><li><p>Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, including architectural design</p></li><li><p>Identify and implement improvements in quality, performance, and maintainability</p></li><li><p>Conduct code reviews to ensure high software standards</p></li><li><p>Clarify and translate business requirements into technical solutions</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Project Technology:</strong></p><p><strong>Backend:</strong> .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, C#, pure SQL (no ORM), ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET ASMX Web Services, Redis, Kafka</p><p><strong>Databases:</strong> MS SQL Server, Informix, MySQL</p><p><strong>Frontend:</strong> Angular 17, TypeScript</p><p><strong>CI/CD &amp; Infrastructure:</strong></p> <ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of C#</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals</p><ul><li><p>Experience with MS SQL Server, Informix, or MySQL is a plus</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs</p></li><li><p>Experience with SOAP (ASMX) web services</p></li></ul><p><strong>Additional Experience&#xa0;</strong></p><p>Experience in at least one of the following areas will influence assignment to one of our project teams:</p><ol><li><p>Frontend development: Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, CSS</p></li><li><p>Multithreading &amp; Asynchronous programming</p></li><li><p>Advanced SQL expertise</p></li></ol><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>English and Polish level B2 or higher</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn the business domain and collaborate closely with non‑technical stakeholders</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>ASP.NET MVC</p></li><li><p>JavaScript</p></li><li><p>Bootstrap &amp; CSS</p></li><li><p>Jenkins</p></li></ul>
