BUSINESS ADVISOR FIELD SUPPORT SPECIALIST – SIGNARAMA

<p>As a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist, you’ll travel throughout your assigned territory visiting Signarama locations and working directly with franchise owners and their teams.</p><p>Your goal is simple:&#xa0;<strong>help our franchisees run better businesses.</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Visit franchise locations to understand what’s working and where there are opportunities to improve.</li><li>Work directly with owners and managers on sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and profitability.</li><li>Use P&amp;Ls and other financial information to help identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Help franchisees set realistic goals and create plans to achieve them.</li><li>Provide guidance on marketing programs, training, technology, and best practices.</li><li>Help troubleshoot operational and technical challenges.</li><li>Share ideas and successful practices from other Signarama locations.</li><li>Work closely with the corporate team to make sure franchisees have the support and resources they need.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners and their teams.</li><li>Celebrate successes and help work through the challenges that come with running a business.</li><li>Travel approximately 50% of the time throughout your assigned territory.</li></ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Sign Industry Experience Is Important</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who&#xa0;<strong>understands the sign business</strong>. Experience working in a sign shop, sign franchise, signage manufacturing, sales, production, installation, or a related area is highly valued.</p><p>You don’t necessarily need to have done every job in a sign shop, but you should understand the industry, the challenges owners face, and what it takes to turn opportunities into profitable work.</p><p>Previous experience as a&#xa0;<strong>Business Advisor, Field Support Specialist, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar role</strong>&#xa0;is a plus.
