SENIOR BILINGUAL RECRUITER – DATA CENTER WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS

Senior Bilingual Recruiter – Data Center Workforce Solutions Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Senior Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing workforce solutions team supporting large-scale data center construction projects across the United States . This role will focus heavily on sourcing, recruiting, vetting, and mobilizing skilled data center technicians and field labor . The ideal candidate is highly proactive, comfortable recruiting high-volume blue-collar talent, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish . Key Responsibilities • Source and recruit qualified data center technicians, fiber technicians, cable pullers, splicers, and other skilled field personnel . • Build and maintain a strong, active candidate bench for upcoming projects. • Conduct phone/video interviews and thoroughly vet candidates for skills, experience, reliability, and project fit. • Recruit for both immediate openings and future project demand. • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. • Coordinate candidate availability, start dates, travel requirements, and mobilization. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing platforms to identify talent. • Develop passive candidate pipelines and proactively reach out to qualified technicians. • Track candidates and recruiting activity through the company's ATS/CRM. • Work closely with operations and project management to understand upcoming workforce requirements. • Help maintain a high-quality, ready-to-deploy technician bench . • Communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. • Identify recruiting challenges and develop new strategies to consistently improve candidate quality and hiring speed. Qualifications • 3+ years of recruiting experience , preferably in construction, telecommunications, electrical, data centers, industrial, or other blue-collar workforce environments. • Fluent in English and Spanish , both written and verbal. • Proven experience recruiting high-volume skilled labor or field technicians . • Strong sourcing and cold-outreach skills. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms . • Strong interviewing and candidate-vetting abilities. • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment . • Ability to understand technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates quickly.
