QUALITY AUDITOR

We are looking for an Audit & Risk Auditor to join our established CSG Audit & Risk Team , part of the wider CSG Operations Hub . This team plays a vital role in managing compliance, quality, and risk across the business, helping to ensure that services are delivered consistently and to the highest standards. As an Auditor, you will work closely with colleagues across the firm to evaluate matter files against agreed criteria, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and help drive best practice across a range of business areas. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in auditing, quality management, or compliance. About the team: The CSG Audit & Risk Team consists of 10 dedicated auditors who assess quality and compliance across the business. The team works collaboratively across all CSG functions and offers flexibility to work both remotely and from office locations when required. All audits follow a structured and consistent methodology, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and fairness in every review.
