SENIOR ERP CONSULTANT – FINANCE (M/F/D)

<p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Take <strong>ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives</strong>, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems.</li><li><strong>Design and </strong>optimize ERP data models, integrations and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations and AX 2009 environments.</li><li>Act as a <strong>trusted advisor</strong> for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best-fit solutions.</li><li><strong>Lead and mentor</strong> colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow.</li><li>Drive <strong>continuous improvement</strong> by analysing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best-practice ERP solutions.</li></ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You bring <strong>8+ years of experience</strong> in ERP consulting or enterprise IT, with deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments.</li><li>You have strong hands-on knowledge of <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations</strong> and <strong>Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009</strong>, including enterprise integrations and solution architecture.</li><li>You enjoy combining <strong>technical leadership with business understanding</strong>, helping shape scalable ERP solutions that support long-term business goals.</li><li>You communicate confidently in <strong>English </strong>and enjoy sharing your knowledge while working closely with colleagues across different teams.</li></ul> <p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li>Welcome days: We want you to feel at home with us from the very first day.
